Founded in Montreal in 1995 by Roberto Sam Screnci as a Tribal House group, Quicksound quickly began performing in front of 15,000 spectators at North America’s biggest House Music Events. In the next 16 years they continued to evolve, building a Recording Studio, forming a Publishing Company, producing over 200 songs and working with some of the biggest names in the business.
As a production company, Quicksound offers services such as Songwriting, Music Production, Remixing, Live Performances and the Musical Direction of Festivals and Events.
Specializing in House Music, AfroBeat and Hip Hop, they built their reputation as Producers through 12” singles on labels like Twisted America, Ready Mix Records and Cirque Du Soleil Musique.
Quicksound’s music graced the Mix CD’s of superstar DJ’s like Danny Tenaglia and Roger Sanchez and the popular “Buddha Bar” series. Their remix of Cirque Du Soleil’s “Africa” was released on vinyl alongside a remix by Tiesto and on the Remix CD “Solarium Delirium” on Universal Records.

In 2011, they were the Musical Directors of PINKARNAVAL, composing and remixing the music for a Fashion Show Street Parade with 1800 dancers wearing the designs of Jean Paul Gaultier. The Just For Laughs Festival hired them to perform and to book all the DJ’s on the outdoor stage.
That same year, Quicksound began doing A&R work for a new record label owned by video game company UBISOFT. They discovered Norwegian pop singer ANJA and brokered a record deal for two singles, two videos and an album. The singles are featured in the video game Just Dance 3 alongside music by Katy Perry, LMFAO, Black Eyed Peas. So far the game sold over 8.4 million copies.
Quicksound had the honor of jamming with The Band at the legendary Allaire Studios, located on the Glen Tonche Estate in upstate New York. They also collaborated with many other talented artists such as Producer Steve Thompson (5 time Grammy Winner), Coral Egan, Bran Van 3000, Rick LP, Michele Sweeney, MC Liquid, DJ Alain Vinet, Elage & Karim Diouf (Les Colocs)…

In 2011, they created Quicksound Download Zones : wi-fi zones that allow people to download music directly to their cell phones.
